Age spots

Topical treatments along with Photo-facials can be used in treating all manner of age spots, from slight sun spots to darker, blotchy skin that has been discolored from age and extended exposure to the sun and elements.

Botox® Cosmetic

Botox® Cosmetic is a quick and minimally invasive procedure used to minimize moderate to severe frown lines via a few tiny injections into the muscles.

Facial blemishes/Acne

For those who feel hesitant about the use of oral antibiotics or Accutane® for treatment of Cystic Acne, now there is a new and successful alternative available. The Pulsed Dye Laser can be used to clear up the large, red, painful cysts in a series of three to four treatments per area. If there is a flare in areas previously untreated, those have to be lasered in the same manner. Unlike Accutane®, the laser cannot prevent future cysts, however eventually the areas repeatedly treated stop developing new ones. All this is accomplished without risking the potential side effects of Accutane® or long term use of oral antibiotics. Hair Removal

Men and Women are bothered by hair growing in areas it doesn't belong. The Palomar RejuveLux® Pulsed light system is highly successful in the elimination of unwanted hair by targeting the pigment in the root of the growing hairs. After approximately four treatments, repeated lasering of the roots brings your the smooth skin you have always dreamed about. Any body area is fair game, literally from head to toe. Men especially enjoy getting rid of the hair growing on their ears or back. Women, of course, know that all unwanted hair can be made to go away. Dr. Marraccini and her team have excellent results with permanent hair removal.

Leg Veins

Using the Palomar RejuveLux™  Pulsed Light System, leg veins can be managed easily and permanently. In-office procedures are non-invasive and done by pulsing flashing light onto your skin.

Lip enhancement

A combination of Restylane® and collagen can be utilized to fill in lips that with age loose some of their fullness and resiliency. The results are almost immediate with the collagen and longer term with the Restylane®. By utilizing Restylane® on an ongoing basis, the skin draws more and more moisture in making the need for repeat treatments less frequent.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat cellulite, promote weight loss, reduce underlying fat deposits and support anti-aging of skin. Medications are injected directly into the dermis at the site of the condition being treated. It is introduced in microscopic quantities of natural extracts, homeopathic agents, pharmaceuticals and vitamins directly beneath the skin.
